Deposits*: No prepayment — the hotel reserves the right to check your credit card details.

Changes/Cancellation*: no charge is made up to 48 hours prior to arrival.

Cancellation on the day of arrival or no show: the first night will be charged 

*Please note that bookings for five or more rooms are subject to different conditions (see groups)

Special conditions may apply during trade fair periods.

PRE-PAID RATES - NON-CANCELLABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE

Deposit *: The full cost of the stay is to be settled at time of booking.

Modification/Cancellation *: the full amount of the prepayment will be retained for any cancellation/modification.

GROUP RATES

Special conditions apply for group bookings. The hotel will provide a customised proposal, accordingly.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (APPLICABLE TO ALL RATES): 

Breakfast (where this is note included in the cost of the room): 17€ per person

Express breakfast: €9

Additional bed: 40 €.

Pets: not allowed 

Tourist tax: 2.88 € per day per person over the age of 18. 

VAT: Our prices include 10% VAT. These are given in accordance with current tax rates and are subject to change at time of stay. 

Arrival: The room is available from 2pm. 

Check-out: The room must be vacated by 12:00 noon. A late check-out charge will be applied for any departure after this time. 

Cancellation Insurance: You gave the right to take out optional cancellation insurance for your stay. 

Please note that all rooms in our hotel are non-smoking. In case of non-compliance, you will be charged for the cost of cleaning the room.
