CONDITIONS TARIFS FEXIBLES

Deposit* : No prepayment - the hotel reserves the right to verify credit cards.

Modification/Cancellation*: free of charge up to 60 hours before arrival.

Cancellation on the scheduled day of arrival or no-show: the entire stay will be charged.

*Please note that reservations for 5 or more rooms and 6 or more nights are subject to different conditions - see group.

CONDITIONS PRE-PAID RATES - NON-CANCELLABLE NON-REFUNDABLE

Deposit *: 100% of the total cost of your stay must be paid at the time of booking.

Modification/Cancellation *: The total amount of the prepayment will be retained for any cancellation/modification and will not be reimbursed.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (APPLICABLE TO ALL RATES) :

Breakfast (if not included in room rate): €23 per person per day, €15 for children under 12 years of age

Express breakfast: €10

Extra bed: €50

Pets : not allowed

Tourist tax: €8.13 (€8.45 from January 01, 2025) per day per person over 18.

VAT : Our rates include a 10% VAT rate. They are indicated according to the taxes currently in force, and may be modified according to the taxes applicable at the time of your stay.

Arrival : Rooms are available from 2pm.

Check-out : Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 pm at the latest. A late check-out charge of 50% of the room rate will be applied for any departure after this time.

Please note that all rooms in our hotel are non-smoking. In case of non-compliance, you will be charged for the cost of cleaning the room.
